Since HHC is made from 100% Hemp extract, companies are able to manufacture and distribute HHC legally. Hemp-derived THC means that the THC is entirely produced from industrial hemp. Under the European Common Agriculture policy related to THC which clarifies ‘Hemp’ containing less than 0.2% Delta 9 THC is legal for sale and consumption.
