Age Restriction

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not sell products to persons under the age of 18 and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is underage.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and any other policies referenced on this website.

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

123CBD supplies hemp-derived CBD products intended for sale within Ireland. We aim to ensure that all products offered for sale on this website are lawful for sale in Ireland at the time they are listed.

We do not provide legal advice regarding the laws of any other country. If you are ordering from outside Ireland, or arranging onward transport of products outside Ireland, you are solely responsible for checking the legality of the products in your destination country, including any import restrictions, customs rules, or local laws that may apply.

By placing an order with 123CBD, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that the products ordered may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction.

4. Hemp and THC Notice

123CBD products are derived from industrial hemp. Some products may contain trace amounts of naturally occurring cannabinoids, including THC or THCa.

Where THC is present, it is maintained only at trace levels and within the limits applicable to compliant hemp-derived products. Product cannabinoid content may vary slightly by batch and is confirmed through third-party laboratory testing where applicable.

123CBD does not guarantee that any product is suitable for any particular legal jurisdiction outside Ireland, and customers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to local legal requirements before ordering.

5. Product Use and Medical Disclaimer

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

  • payment cannot be authorised or has not been received;
  • billing, delivery, or account information is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable;
  • an order is flagged by fraud prevention or security systems;
  • we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18 years of age;
  • there has been a pricing, product description, or website error;
  • we are unable to deliver to the address provided; or
  • circumstances arise outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

An order confirmation email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund where necessary.

7. Delivery

We offer delivery throughout Ireland and to selected other destinations where available.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect address details supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any delivery issue.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply and any loss arising from that error will be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Returns and Cancellations

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Your rights in relation to returns are subject to the nature of the product ordered and your statutory consumer rights.

8.1 Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions set out below and any rights excluded by law for sealed goods not suitable for return once opened.

8.2 Non-Returnable Products

For reasons of hygiene, health protection and product integrity, we do not accept returns of:

  • opened food supplements;
  • products with broken seals;
  • used consumable products;
  • personalised goods; or
  • any product returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

8.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfit for sale, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where appropriate so we can review the issue and, where justified, arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

8.4 Return Procedure

If you wish to request a return, cancellation, or report a problem with an order, you must contact us first at sales@123cbd.ie with your order details before sending any item back.

Where a return is approved, you may be asked to provide:

  • your full name;
  • your address;
  • your telephone number;
  • your order number and details of the item; and
  • the reason for return.

Unless the return relates to a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Prohibited Use of the Website

You may not use this website or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose;
  • to breach any applicable law or regulation;
  • to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or order giving rise to the claim.
