13 Sep How to sleep better with CBD
Create the right sleeping environment
Your bedroom should be an inviting and peaceful place. This should be a place where the moment you walk into your bedroom you feel relaxed. Some top tips on improving this space would be to declutter and tidy! Put away any work equipment if your bedroom doubles as an office. Always make your bed, sheets and pillows as cosy as possible, and keep the room cool around 15-19 degrees if you can.
Include CBD oil or CBD flowers into your bedtime routine
CBD works with your body’s natural sleep cycle, and it can help your mind and body know when it’s time for sleep. CBD promotes feelings of calm and relaxation. We have a few products to choose from.
Don’t eat too late at night
Eating too close to bedtime can disrupt our sleep. The food causes our bodies to be active while trying to digest our food when we should be resting. Try moving your evening meal earlier so that your body has time to digest your food. When we eat healthy and not too late at night, our sleep quality improves.
Have an electronic curfew
The blue light from the screens can disrupt our sleeping pattern. You can enable a nighttime mode on some mobile phones. This light changes from Blue to yellow. The constant scrolling on social media or late-night shopping isn’t great for our stress levels which won’t get you relaxing.
We all suffer from one of the above. Work towards changing your routine and creating a relaxing evening routine. This will help you wind down and prepare your mind for sleep. Include one of our herbal teas infused with CBD to help relax your muscles. Set a bedtime and stick to it. This will help your body regulate your sleep cycle.
